WHY ARE MY PAYROLL REPORTS OR RECORDKEEPER WORKPAPERS SHOWING ZEROES?
What to do if you're opening an AuditMiner Payroll Report or Recordkeeper Workapepr and not seeing the values you'd expect.
If you open your AuditMiner Payroll Reports or Recordkeeper Workpapers and have columns you expected values in showing all zeroes, you must click the Enable Editing button in the yellow banner across the top of your Excel file. Excel formulas will not calculate if this Enable Editing button is not selected, and therefore formula columns may display zeroes instead of expected values.
