What information is missing from the Fidelity workpapers?
This article summarizes information that is missing from each of the Fidelity workpapers in detail.
- Contribution Timeliness:
- The Contribution input report does not have a payroll date or loan payments, therefore the auditor will need to populate the payroll dates to determine the timeliness of remittances, and loan payments.
- Distribution Package
- The Distribution input report does not include Distribution Fees, Forfeitures, Loan Defaults, the Amount Paid or Payee.
- For participants with multiple distributions, AuditMiner is unable to populate the distribution by money source as it is not included in the input report at the detail level.
- Investment Disclosure Support
- The input report does not current year shares, current year price, or current year cost of the investments.
- Loan Package
- The input report does not include unpaid accrued interest, loan interest, principal repaid, loan default, or payment frequency. Payment frequency can be found on the Loan Balance with Default Information Report.
- Rollovers Package
- The input report does not include rollover date, participant elected allocation percent, or qualified institution.
