Account Migration

  • When is this change happening? 
    The migration will occur on March 4th, 2025
  • Why are we making this change?
    We want to provide you with a more intuitive and unified experience across all AuditMiner products. With this update, you can manage all SOC Toolkits purchased across your firm in one place alongside your EBP Engagements. There will be no more duplicate organizational accounts or scattered purchases. 
  • Will all of our past Toolkit purchases still be available?
    Yes, all historical purchases will be available to download in the AuditMiner platform.
  • What will happen to my existing Toolkit account?
    Your account in the SOC Toolkit platform will no longer be accessible. All historical purchases will be migrated to the AuditMiner platform under your Toolkit platform email and organization. You will use the same email to log in to the AuditMiner platform.

    If you do not already have an AuditMiner account, one will be created for you automatically using your existing SOC Toolkit platform email. You will want to reset your password using the "Forgot password?" option the first time you log in.

Account Creation & Login

  • How do I create an AuditMiner account?
    To create an account, go to the SOC store and add a toolkit to your cart. You’ll be prompted to sign up. Enter your details, and your account will be linked to your organization based on your email domain. You can also click Log in from anywhere on the AuditMiner website and create your account.
  • Will I need to verify my email?
    Yes, after signing up, you’ll receive a validation code via email. Enter this code to complete your account setup.
  • What if I already have an account?
    If you already have an AuditMiner account, simply click the Log in option on the signup page and enter your credentials. If you used our previous SOC Toolkit platform, you will want to reset your password using the "Forgot password?" option the first time you log in.

Purchasing Toolkits

  • How do I find a specific toolkit?
    You can filter toolkits by year, SOC type, provider, or use the search bar to find exactly what you need.
  • How do I add a toolkit to my cart?
    Once you find the toolkit you need, click "Add to Cart." This will direct you to the checkout process.
  • Can I purchase toolkits without an account?
    No, you need to create an account and log in before completing your purchase.
  • Where can I find my purchased toolkits?
    After completing the purchase, you’ll be redirected to your purchased toolkits page, where you can download them.
  • Can I search for toolkits I’ve already purchased?
    Yes, you can use the search feature to find and view any toolkits you’ve bought.

Requesting Toolkits

  • How do I request a new toolkit?
    Go to the SOC Toolkit Store and click "Request a Toolkit." If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in or create an account first. 
  • What file formats can I upload?
    You can upload PDFs by dragging and dropping them or selecting them manually.
  • Can I remove or replace an uploaded file?
    Yes, you can remove the file before submitting your request if needed.
  • Can I add comments to my request?
    Yes, there is a comment section where you can include any additional details about your request.
  • Do I need an account to request a toolkit?
    Yes, you must be logged in to submit a request. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.
  • How will I know if my request was submitted?
    Once you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the file name and a link to view your requested toolkits. 
  • Where can I check the status of my request?
    Log in and navigate to SOC Toolkit Purchases and select the "Requested Toolkits" section. Here you’ll see the list of toolkits requested by file name and request status.

Payment and Checkout

  • What payment methods are available?
    You can pay using a credit card or a prepaid credit (if you have one available). If you'd like to add a prepaid credit, please contact our support team.
  • How do I review my order before purchasing?
    Before placing your order, you’ll see a summary of your selected toolkits and payment details.

Security

  • How is my payment information protected?
    We use Stripe to process payments, ensuring your card details are protected with PCI DSS v3.2 security standards. This means your financial information is encrypted and securely handled, reducing the risk of fraud or unauthorized access.
  • Is AuditMiner SOC 2 compliant?
    AuditMiner is SOC 2 compliant, ensuring that we adhere to industry-leading security, availability, and confidentiality standards. Our systems and processes are regularly audited to maintain this compliance.
  • How will I verify my new AuditMiner account?
    All new email accounts will require security code validation during the first login for enhanced security. You will receive a one-time security code via email, which you must enter to verify and activate your account.
  • My firm has single-sign-on (SSO) enabled. Will this still work?
    Yes, SSO will remain enabled. For firms with SSO, we will make every effort to automate the setup for new accounts. If an issue arises and SSO cannot be supported, we recommend that the individual contact their IT department for help.
