Plans with Two Providers in One Year

What to do when you have a plan that changed providers mid-year:

  1. Create one Client in AuditMiner.
  2. Create two Engagements, one for each recordkeeper, but name them the same name.
  3. Upload the respective recordkeeper input files into their engagements.
  4. Once you have the two sets workpapers output from AuditMiner, you can merge the data together.

Please note we will only charge you for one plan in this situation.
