Simply click Try the New Experience in AuditMiner to check it out. | | December 1, 2026 | The legacy AuditMiner experience will be retired and all customers will use the new AuditMiner platform going forward. | ### What is the new AuditMiner platform? #### What's different? AuditMiner has always turned your recordkeeper and payroll files into standardized Excel workpapers. The new platform still does that, and now it also puts that data to work on the platform itself, so your team can move from preparing audit data to analyzing it. #### What can I do with it? - **Work with standardized data sooner.** Your data is organized and ready to review as soon as files are processed. - **Run Audit Data Analytics on the full population.** Risk routines score every data point, so you can see where testing and sampling will have the most impact. - **Investigate participants in one place.** Participant Details connects payroll and recordkeeper data for each participant. - **Trace every data point to its source.** Any number is a click away from the file it came from, which makes review and defense easier. - **See historical plan context.** Prior-year information for the plans you audit, all in one place. - **Reconcile payroll and recordkeeper data,** now including a participant deferral reconciliation. - **Rely on more flexible file ingestion,** built from customer feedback. #### What does that mean for my firm? - **Less time piecing data together.** Fewer hours spent jumping between Excel files and more time on the judgment calls that matter. - **More capacity without losing oversight.** An easy-to-follow layout makes it simpler to push work to staff while reviewers keep full visibility. - **A head start on the season.** Earlier insights help you start audits sooner and avoid the 10/15 crunch. #### Does it change how my firm audits? No. AuditMiner works alongside your firm's methodology, audit binder, and audit software rather than replacing them. Analytics can help inform your sampling and testing, and you can keep your current approach if you prefer. ### Recommended rollout timeline #### What does the recommended rollout timeline look like? We understand that every firm has to balance many competing busy seasons, deadlines, and priorities. This recommended rollout timeline accomplishes several common firm goals: starting the season earlier; avoiding the 10/15 crunch; and thoughtfully preparing for the next busy season well in advance to set your team up for success. Reach out to your CSM or [support@auditminer.com](mailto:support@auditminer.com) to discuss your firm's specific timeline and needs, and we'll help you create a custom plan! | When | Step | | --- | --- | | Early January | Setup and workflow training for your firm's EBP workflow decision makers | | Mid-January | User training for your entire EBP team | | Late January | Finalize and roll out any process changes | | Late January to early February | Collect payroll files from clients and process in AuditMiner | | Late January to mid-March, as reports become available | Collect and process recordkeeper reports | Once you've processed both payroll and recordkeeper data for an engagement, you have all the data you need to run Audit Data Analytics, analyze results, and select samples. ### Getting access #### When can I start using the new platform? October 8, 2026. On that date, an option to switch to the new platform will appear inside your AuditMiner account. #### Where do I access the new platform? Log into your AuditMiner account and select Try the New Experience in the lower left of the navigation pane. If you don't see this, you may need to log out and back into AuditMiner. The new platform will be accessed with the same URL and login you currently use. #### Do I have to switch on October 8? No. The legacy experience stays the default until December 1, and you can switch between legacy and the new platform as often as you like. Use this window to explore, train your team, and update your processes on your own schedule. #### What happens on December 1? The legacy experience is retired and the new platform becomes the only way to use AuditMiner. Your pricing and the functionality you have today don't change on this date. ### Pricing and renewals #### Does my pricing change when the new platform launches? No. Nothing about your pricing changes on October 8 or December 1. Until your renewal, you keep everything you have today, plus access to the new platform at no additional cost. #### What changes at my renewal? Two things: - **Platform fee.** A platform fee applies to accounts that purchase engagements. Firms that only purchase SOC Toolkits and/or Plan Research are not subject to the platform fee. - **Combined engagement.** Recordkeeper Workpapers and Payroll Reports are no longer sold separately. They're sold together as one engagement at 28 credits. Your Customer Success Manager will walk you through your specific pricing before your renewal. #### Is there a discount for renewing? Yes. Firms that sign their renewal in Q4 2026 (October through December) receive 25% off the platform fee. That includes firms that renew early and sign in Q4. Firms that sign in Q1 2027 (January through March) receive 15% off. #### Can I still run Recordkeeper and Payroll separately? Yes, until your renewal. The combined 28-credit engagement only applies once you renew. ### Your files and workflow #### What happens to my existing engagements? They come with you. Any engagement created in the legacy experience before it's retired on December 1 is automatically available in the new platform. You can open and work on the same engagement in either experience, so there's nothing to move or recreate. #### Will I still get the same Excel outputs? Yes. The new platform exports the same Excel outputs you receive today. #### What if my recordkeeper or payroll file isn't supported? The AuditMiner Guarantee covers you. We'll support any input file that contains the required data points within 7 business days. ### Training and support #### How do I see a demo of the new platform? We'll be conducting recurring sessions to cover setup, best practices workflows, and general user training leading up to next busy season.
