How to Request a SOC Toolkit

This article covers how to submit a request for a SOC Toolkit

 

In order to request a Custom Toolkit, you must have a PDF of the SOC report to upload to AuditMiner. Please note we only use the provided SOC report to create the SOC Toolkit.  We NEVER provide the SOC Report to anyone else.

Requesting A Toolkit

Step 1: Navigate to the SOC Toolkits page and you'll first see the 'New Request' page.

Step 2: Upload the SOC Report for the SOC Toolkit you would like created.  This should be in .pdf format. Then add the required fields before submitting your request. 

Required fields:

  1. Service Provider
  2. Services Covered
  3. Dates Covered

These required fields help us verify the PDF matches the expected Toolkit, and makes it easier for you to track which Toolkits you have requested.

Step 3: Once you have entered all required information, click the Submit Request button. This will deduct 5 credits from your account and move your Toolkit Request into the service queue. 

Please be aware that creating a SOC Toolkit can take up to 3 weeks. You will be alerted when your SOC Toolkit is ready for download.

Tracking a Custom Toolkit Request

Upon Submission

When you submit your Toolkit Request, a green banner will immediately appear in the upper right of the webpage confirming successful submission and you will see your Request in the Request History tab. 

Additionally, you will receive an email from support@auditminer.com confirming we've received your request. 

Check the Status

Navigate to SOC Toolkits on the AuditMiner Platform and select the "Request History" tab to review your requests and their status at any time. Your confirmation email will contain a link to Check Status, which will also link you to this screen. Here you can see the status of your Toolkit Request.

Statuses:

New Request - The initial status of a successfully submitted request

In Progress - The status of a SOC Toolkit the AuditMiner Team is actively working on completing

Fulfilled - Once the SOC Toolkit is complete, the AuditMiner Team will mark it fulfilled.

Important: AuditMiner no longer allows report downloads or cancellations. If you have questions about a Toolkit Request, please reach out to support@auditminer.com.

Receiving Your Toolkit

Once your Toolkit Request is updated to Fulfilled status, you will receive an email from support@auditminer.com with the new SOC Toolkit attached.

Due to the proprietary information contained in SOC Toolkits, AuditMiner cannot resend or redistribute once delivered. Please retain all emails and attachments for your records.
