How to Modify Testing Set Up

This article details how to modify testing set up at both the firm level and individual engagement level.

Firm Level Testing Set Up

Step 1: Select "Firm Testing Setup" from the left navigation pane.

Step 2: Select each testing area to modify procedures.

Step 2

Step 3: To modify the order of procedures, hover over the procedure and select the gray box that appears on the left. Drag the procedure to the preferred location.

Step 4: Enable or disable procedures by selecting the toggle button. When enabled, the toggle button will appear green.

Step 5: Select "Hide Disabled Procedures" to hide all deactivated procedures.

Step 6: To create a custom procedure, enter the procedure into the text box. Select 'Add Custom Procedure' to include it in the enabled procedures.

Step 7: Modify the sampling methodology below testing procedures, if applicable.

Procedures will automatically save as you navigate each testing section.

Step 10: Enable or disable procedures by selecting the toggle button. When enabled, the toggle button will appear green.

Applying Firm Level Testing to Existing Engagements

If an engagement has already been created and then Firm Level Testing is updated, the existing engagement's Testing Set Up will not retroactively update. If you would like updates to Firm Testing Set Up to be applied to any existing engagements, please contact support and specify with engagements you would like to have updated.
