How to Get Help with AuditMiner

This article explains options for getting help with questions on the AuditMiner platform, TPA Workpapers, or the SOC Toolkit Store

Chatbot

In the lower right of the AuditMiner Platform is a chatbot. 

  1. Click the AuditMiner logo to launch the chatbot
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Ask your question

The AuditMiner chatbot is trained on all AuditMiner resources and is the quickest way to search our Resource Center to get the answer you need!

Resources

The lower portion of the left navigation pane provides access to the following resources:

  1. Resource Center - the online knowledgebase containing articles and videos to assist in answering your AuditMiner questions
  2. Download Instructions - this option provides access to the specific instructions that must be followed for each recordkeeper when downloading reports to be input into AuditMiner to generate TPA Workpapers
  3. Support - selecting this option drafts an email to the AuditMiner Support team. You can contact our team for help should the Resource Center not address your questions.  You can also directly email them at support@auditminer.com.
