Click the AuditMiner logo to launch the chatbot 2. Enter your email address 3. Download Instructions - this option provides access to the specific instructions that must be followed for each recordkeeper when downloading reports to be input into AuditMiner to generate TPA Workpapers 3. Support - selecting this option drafts an email to the AuditMiner Support team.
