How to Edit or Deactivate Users

This article walks through the steps to edit or deactivate an AuditMiner user

Please note: only Admins can deactivate a user.

Step 1: Select "Users" in the left navigation pane.

Step 2: Select the actions menu by the user you would like to edit or deactivate.

 

Step 3: Select "Edit User."

To Edit a User

Step 1: Alter the first name, last name, or role.

Step 2: Select save to confirm.

To Deactivate a User

Step 1: Navigate to "Status."

Step 2: In the dropdown, select "Inactive." Select save to confirm.
