Credit Transition
- When is this change happening?
The new credit model will be implemented on November 4, 2025. - Why are we making this change?
We want to provide you with a more intuitive and unified experience across all AuditMiner products. With this update, all the products you have contracted for will be converted to credits that you can use to redeem any AuditMiner product. - Will all of your past purchases still be available?
Yes, all historical purchases will be available in the AuditMiner platform. - What will happen to my remaining Toolkit balance and Workpapers not yet processed?
All remaining products on your contract will be converted to credits, visible on the AuditMiner platform, and available to use immediately. The current value of your contracted products will not change with this update.
Your remaining toolkit balance will be converted to an equivalent number of credits. For example, if you have enough monetary balance remaining to purchase 5 toolkits you will receive 25 credits (1 toolkit = 5 credits).
Any workpapers already processed as of November 3rd will be invoiced as usual. All remaining recordkeeper and payroll workpapers will be converted to credits. For example, if you have 3 recordkeeper workpapers left to process you will receive 42 credits (1 payroll or recordkeeper workpaper = 14 credits).
5 toolkits x 5 credits = 25 credits
3 workpapers x 14 credits = 42 credits
25 + 42 credits = 67 total credits
Credit Dashboard
- How do I view my credit balance?
When credits launch on November 4, a new 'Credits' page will be available in the AuditMiner application. You will be able to view your balance in the navigation menu, along with other contract details on the page itself. - How are you calculating my cost per credit?
The cost per credit on the dashboard reflects the average price you paid per credit on your current contract. - Can I track credit activity and usage?
Yes, within the credit dashboard you will be able to see full account activity details that show you exactly how credits are being used across AuditMiner. Note: this activity log will be available starting on the day of the credit migration.

- What activity will I see the first time I log in after the change?
Up to three activities will be logged the day of the change. These include: 1) contract started, 2) credits added, 3) credit adjustment (for usage you have had to date on your current contract).
Redeeming Products
- Can I use credits to purchase any product in AuditMiner?
Yes, credits can be used to redeem toolkits and process recordkeeper or payroll workpapers. Credits are not associated with any single product, giving you more flexibility in how you realize the value of your contract with AuditMiner. - How do I purchase a toolkit with credits?
Instead of going through a checkout process, toolkits will now be redeemed directly with credits. Simply click 'Redeem' on the toolkit listing (or detail page), confirm your selection, and the toolkit will be available immediately to download. - Where can I find my redeemed toolkits?
After completing the purchase, the button you clicked to redeem your toolkit will immediately change to a download button. You can view and download all your purchased toolkits in your 'Library' within the SOC Toolkits navigation menu.

- How do I use credits for recordkeeper or payroll workpapers?
You will create engagements the same way you always have within AuditMiner. Once you are ready to process an engagement, you will see the total credits that will be used and we will deduct those credits when you submit the plan for processing.

- Will you deduct credits when I reprocess an engagement?
No, engagement reprocesses will not result in a credit deduction. - How do I buy toolkits or process workpapers if I don't have enough credits?
If you no longer have enough credits to redeem a toolkit or process workpapers, you will be prompted to purchase credits through an in-app checkout process. You can also purchase more credits through an invoice by contacting sales.

Purchasing Credits
- How do I purchase more credits?
You can purchase more credits with a credit card directly in the AuditMiner app, or you can contact sales to be invoiced and sign a contract addendum for the additional credits. - Where do I go to purchase more with a credit card?
You can click the "Add Credits" button in the upper right corner of the credit dashboard, or follow the prompts to purchase when redeeming a toolkit or processing an engagement.

- How quickly are the credits added to my account?
When purchasing with a credit card, the credits will be added to your account balance immediately, and reflected in your credit dashboard's activity log. Within the activity log you will also be able to see who has made any credit card purchases. - How is my cost per credit determined?
The cost per credit on your account reflects the average price you paid per credit on your current contract, or your most recent negotiated price. This price remains active until your contract end date, at which point all remaining credits purchased and not yet used will expire, along with your contract.
