User Permissions

This articles explains the permissions assigned to admins and users

  ADMIN USER
Firm Testing Setup Can view and edit procedures and sampling via the Firm Testing Setup screen. No Access to Firm Testing Setup.
Clients Can create, view, and edit clients on the Manage Clients screen. Can create, view, and edit clients on the Manage Clients screen.
Engagements Can create new engagements. Can view and edit all existing engagements. Can create new engagements. Can view and edit existing engagements only if they are assigned to that engagement.
Users Can add new users as well as modify existing users via the Manage Users screen. No Access to Manage Users.
SOC Store Can purchase SOC Toolkits via Credit Card or prepaid credits, view and download previously purchased Toolkits, and request custom Toolkits. Can purchase SOC Toolkits via Credit Card or prepaid credits, view and download previously purchased Toolkits, and request custom Toolkits.
