# User Permissions

## This articles explains the permissions assigned to admins and users

|  | **ADMIN** | **USER** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Firm Testing Setup** | Can view and edit procedures and sampling via the Firm Setup screen. This setup screen controls the procedures and sampling that will be the defaults for all new recordkeeper engagements. | No Access to Firm Setup. |
| **Clients** | Can create, view, and edit clients on the Clients screen. | Can create, view, and edit clients on the Clients screen. |
| **Engagements** | Can create new engagements. Can view and edit all existing engagements. | Can create new engagements. Can view and edit existing engagements only if they are assigned to that engagement. |
| **Users** | Can add new users as well as modify existing users via the Users screen. | No Access to Users. |
| **SOC Store** | Can purchase SOC Toolkits via Credit Card or prepaid credits, view and download previously purchased Toolkits, and request custom Toolkits. | Can purchase SOC Toolkits via Credit Card or prepaid credits, view and download previously purchased Toolkits, and request custom Toolkits. |
